Causes:

1. Material pipe temperature is too low; Nozzle temperature is too low;

2. Melt temperature is too low or injection pressure is too high;

3. Improper holding pressure or holding time;

4. Improper residence time; Improper cycle time;

5. Insufficient slow charging;

6. Large temperature difference between male and female molds; Mold temperature too low

7. The difference of die cavity thickness and thickness is too large

8. Improper number or location of gates

9. Gate, runner, or and gate are too small or too long

10. Uneven ejection
