Knowledge points of high speed punch: crankshaft fatigue life

  Crankshaft is one of the core components in the transmission system of high-speed punch, which plays an important role in transmitting torque and outputting power. Through the fault tree analysis of the crankshaft in Chapter 3, it is known that the shape and structure of the crankshaft are complex and bear complex periodic variable load during work. Therefore, the fault failure caused by structural fatigue is also one of the fault categories with high failure rate and serious impact in the mechanical structure of high-speed punch. Based on the simulation of the stamping process of the crankshaft, the working stress and strain of the crankshaft will be analyzed, the fatigue analysis and life prediction of the crankshaft will be carried out by using the fatigue analysis software, the weak areas of crankshaft fatigue will be found, and the corresponding process and maintenance measures will be formulated to improve the fatigue reliability of the crankshaft.
