Design of safe hoisting
Wen / precision mould department: Xie Tian
1、 Purpose
In order to standardize the design process, facilitate the safe transportation, processing and installation of mold parts, eliminate potential safety hazards and improve product quality, this operation specification is formulated.
2、 Scope of application
It is suitable for mold design and process scheduling personnel.
3、 Conditions for designing lifting holes for workpieces
① For the workpieces (such as inserts and sliders) requiring mechanical hoisting and multiple clamping processing, on the premise that the structural design requirements are guaranteed, the bottom surface shall be designed with code plate screw holes and the top surface shall be designed with hoisting holes;
② . workpieces with part weight exceeding 10kg;
③ , length, width and height, and one workpiece with a size greater than 100mm and another with a size greater than 200mm;
④ . all formwork with standard formwork base above 3030 (including 3030) must be equipped with hoisting screw holes;
⑤ Standard formwork below 3030, fixed and movable formwork (i.e. plates a and B referred to in Longji standard), face needle plate and bottom needle plate must be equipped with lifting holes (lifting holes are not required below 13mm).
6. For workpieces with a single material weight of more than 750KG, the supplier shall return to the factory after processing the lifting hole, and the position and size of the lifting hole shall be determined by means of attached drawings. (mainly for main materials).
7. For the size of formwork (length) 1000X600 (width) and above, the supplier shall return to the factory after processing the lifting hole, and the position and size of the lifting hole shall be determined by means of attached drawings. (mainly for standard formwork and scattered plates).
⑧ If the weight of a single piece of beryllium copper material exceeds 20kg, the supplier needs to process the lifting hole and return to the factory. The position and size of the lifting hole shall be determined by means of attached drawings. |
