Precautions for adjusting the guide rail accuracy of high speed punch bed

Pay attention to the following items when adjusting the guide rail accuracy of high-speed punch bed:

1. We must pay attention to the stiffness of the foundation.

2. The ambient temperature shall not change too much to avoid the influence of direct sunlight and other heat sources (it is best to adjust in the constant temperature workshop).

3. Use precision measuring instruments (such as optical and laser collimator, electronic level, etc.) to reduce measurement error.

4. Ensure that the adjusting sizing block is in good contact with the foundation connecting surface and the connecting surface of the high-speed punch bed, avoid the accuracy change caused by poor contact, and ensure the stable accuracy of the high-speed punch.

5. When locking the anchor screw, the force shall be uniform, and the tightness of each screw and nut shall be consistent to ensure that the bed can be evenly pressed on the adjusting sizing block.

After adjustment, place it for 24 hours and then recheck the accuracy of the guide rail of the bed. If the change is large, readjust it. If the change is small, carry out a fine adjustment. In this way, adjust it repeatedly to keep the accuracy of the guide rail of the high-speed punch stable. After the punch has been running for one year, the accuracy of the bed needs to be adjusted again.
